The banana is a work of art. It is called "Comedian" by Italian Maurizio Cattelan. He sold the work of art for $120,000.
Peggy Leboeuf owns the gallery. She got Datuna to leave the show.
Peggy Leboeuf: "He was not arrested, but we asked him to leave the booth and to leave the fair. We have his contact and everything, so we can go further, but I don't think we will."
They taped another banana to the wall after 15 minutes. Visitors started taking photos again
